Ribbon Cutting for PCDS'S HOWIE

Join us for a ribbon cutting to celebrate Phoenix Community Development Services' new mobile hygiene unit, HOWIE! This ribbon cutting will take place in front of the Fondulac District Library at 400 Richland St in East Peoria on Monday, June 14th at 12:00 pm.

"HOWIE is an acronym for Hygiene On Wheels Independence Empowered. A mobile hygiene unit that will provide direct access of showers, toilets, and laundry to our neighbors without homes."
