Peoria, IL – May 1, 2015 – Goodwill Industries of Central Illinois will hold a ribbon cutting to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the General Wayne A. Downing Home for Veterans. In addition, a short press conference will follow the ceremony to announce details on the home’s future.
