This engaging 3-day program is designed for early-career managers and current managers facing new or difficult challenges.
By attending, participants will acquire the ability to: increase commitment & team engagement, build stronger & sustainable relationships, leverage the power of conflict, as well as adjust leadership style and draw on others to understand and solve problems.
