CASA of the Tenth Judicial Circuit is a volunteer organization that advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children within the Juvenile House of Neglect Court System in Peoria, Tazewell, Marshall, Putnam & Stark counties. CASA recruits, trains and supervises volunteers who represent the best interests of these children in and out of court
