As an HR Manager with 12 years of experience, I am skilled in managing the employee life cycle from recruiting to retirement. I wear many hats, with responsibility for implementing company policies, maintaining regulatory compliance and reporting as well as benefits administration. My skills also include managing employee FMLA, EEO, ADA, etc., unemployment, workers compensation, investigation processes, conducting and administering employee training programs, OSHA 30 Hour certification, to name a few.
