3:00pm: Check In We will attempt to accommodate early arrivals based upon availability of room type. Room assignments will be based on the room type booked at the date of booking. It will not be based on how early you arrive day of.
4:00pm – 8:00p Activities • Photo Booth • Face Painting • Balloon Artist • Spin the Wheel • Frozen Novelty Treats • Snow Cones, Cotton Candy & Popcorn • Family Fun Activities
5:00pm – 7:00pm Food & Beverage • Buffet Menu– Cookout style buffet Beverages– Soda, Draft Beer, and Water
5:00pm – 9:00pm Entertainment • Live band featuring West MacQueen Street Band
Fireworks at Dusk!
10:00pm – 12:00am Late Night Snacks (fee) • Chipotle Cinnamon Seasoned Sweet Fries and Garlic Parmesan Fries with a Spicy Aioli • Walking Taco Tortilla Chips loaded with all the Fix in’s • Dry Rubbed Chicken Wings Tossed in a Teriyaki Glaze or Siracha Honey Sauce • Pretzel Bites with Pub Cheese
