Power Up: A Branded Approach to Strategic Planning

This hands-on workshop builds on the unique branding method introduced in the June workshop “Inspire Raving Fans by Branding the ‘Why’” held at the East Peoria Chamber and shows how to use your business “whys” as the foundation for building a strategic plan that’s more focused, impactful, and effective in guiding business actions and decisions.  Along with learning how to integrate business and branding strategy into a planning powerhouse, participants will:

• Understand the significance of a branded mission to the planning process and beyond
• Discuss the role of traditional strategic planning elements, such as SWOT analysis
• Use a sample process and plan as a guide to draft their own strategic template
