The staff of Fondulac Rehabilitation & Health Care Center strives for excellence in obtaining each resident’s individual needs and goals to attain their highest level of independence.
Our main objective is to provide excellent nursing care. We have a very dedicated, caring and professional staff to meet your needs. We also offer an exciting activity and social service department to provide for your social needs. We strongly encourage family involvement with our residents at any time.
